8bet Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8bet ("8bet", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming service available at 8bet-play.com.

By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet through the 8bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using 8bet and close your account if you have already opened one.

These Terms should be read alongside 8bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 8bet. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

To place bets or play any casino games on 8bet, you must first register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 8bet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where 8bet identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge balances, void winnings, and close additional accounts without prior notice.

Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of 8bet must be truthful and up to date. 8bet conducts identity verification checks and may request supporting documents at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure at all times.
• Never share your 8bet username or password with another person.
• 8bet staff will never ask for your password — anyone requesting it should be reported immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 8bet support immediately via live chat.
• You are liable for all activity on your 8bet account until you notify us of a security breach.

Where 8bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned only after investigation. All financial transactions on 8bet — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8bet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not convert funds at any stage. There are no conversion fees or foreign exchange charges.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification before they are credited to your account.

Withdrawals: 8bet processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically within five minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one working day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow the card issuer's standard processing timeline.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• 8bet does not charge withdrawal fees — you receive the exact PKR amount requested.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Funds deposited via bonus or promotional credit are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before withdrawal is permitted.

By placing a bet on 8bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. All bets are final once a confirmation message has been issued. 8bet does not cancel confirmed bets at a player's request except in the specific circumstances described below.

Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed placed only when 8bet's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. If no reference number is received, the bet has not been accepted and no stake has been deducted.

Minimum stake: Rs 100 per bet. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed within the betting interface. 8bet reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before a result can be determined; the match or event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours; a pricing error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered; verified match-fixing or corruption is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation. 8bet cannot be held responsible for any transmission delay between the live event and the odds feed. Where a bet is placed during a live event but the outcome has already been determined before the bet is accepted, 8bet reserves the right to void that specific bet.

• Winnings from void bets are not paid — only the original stake is returned.
• Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will have that selection treated as a non-runner, reducing the accumulator by one leg.
• Maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator from a single 8bet account is Rs 50,00,000 per day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms displayed at the time the offer is communicated. The general rules below apply to all 8bet bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 8bet account carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of Rs 20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your 8bet wallet. Real money is used first in all transactions unless 8bet specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder to whom they were awarded.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or games and expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion.
• 8bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if misuse is suspected, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, bet hedging, or use of technical exploits.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus win cap stated on the promotion will be removed at the point of withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8bet. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 8bet for any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or to process funds from any illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
• Colluding with other players: Co-ordinating bets with other players to guarantee a profit, share risk across multiple accounts, or otherwise exploit the platform's pricing is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional structures, is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly placing bets on clearly erroneous odds, or exploiting any software bug, glitch or error in 8bet's systems, is prohibited. Winnings from such activity will be voided.
• Use by minors: Allowing or facilitating access to an 8bet account by any person under the age of 18 is a serious violation.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets, access the platform or manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information or impersonating another person for any purpose related to your 8bet account.

8bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected terms violation; failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe; receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute against a deposit; a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension; or at the player's own request.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your 8bet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, 8bet will confirm your identity and ensure any pending bets have been settled. Funds remaining in your balance after all deductions will be returned to your verified payment method within five working days.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break or permanently exclude from 8bet for responsible gaming reasons can do so instantly via the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately with no cooling-off period required.

8bet collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available separately at 8bet Privacy Policy. By registering on 8bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during the account registration and verification process is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable regulations, and the provision of the 8bet service. 8bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances outside 8bet's control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8bet's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified 8bet account at the time the claim arises. 8bet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses of any nature arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

8bet is not responsible for losses resulting from your own decisions — including bet selections, stake sizes, and timing of bets. Gambling carries risk and all players acknowledge this when creating an account with 8bet.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8bet is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from your use of 8bet that cannot be resolved through the standard support channels should be escalated in writing to support@8bet-play.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

8bet commits to responding to all formal complaints within five working days of receipt. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory body with jurisdiction over 8bet's operations.

By using 8bet and accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through the process described above before pursuing any other legal or regulatory avenue.

8bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, financial terms, or account conditions — 8bet will provide at least seven days' notice via email to registered players before the changes come into effect.

The updated Terms will always be available at 8bet-play.com/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent revision clearly stated at the top of the page. Continued use of the 8bet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop using 8bet and may request account closure as described in Section 8. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
